First of Open Microsoft office 2019 or above Microsoft office 2013.

Click on the File menu, and click on Options

Next, in the left pane, go to the ‘Save’ section to list General Options working with Microsoft office 2013, Microsoft office 2019, latest Microsoft office versions.

Therefore, Microsoft did not remove the dialog box but override with the Backstage setting, now users can enjoy both setting just to uncheck or check the Don’t show the Backstage when opening or saving files checkbox.
